Dallas Attorneys Amy E. Davis and ProVisors Member Amy M. Stewart Score Big Win for SIS, LLC

DALLAS, July 8, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- A federal jury in Atlanta, GA, on July 1, ruled that Stoneridge Software broke its contract with SIS, LLC, when it used confidential information obtained as a subcontractor to undercut SIS on a Microsoft software implementation project for APi Construction Company. Dallas-based attorneys Amy E. Davis and Amy M. Stewart, acted as lead counsel and co-counsel, respectively, for the trial.
