Hollander Law Offices Settles Sexual Abuse Claim for $1.5 Million

A man in his mid-twenties resolved his claim of alleged childhood sexual abuse by Father Daniel McCormack for $1.5 million. The settlement took place after a pre-trial settlement conference was held by the Honorable Elizabeth Budzinski on October 29. The man claimed to have suppressed the memories of abuse during his childhood. Chicago III member Sami Azhari referred the matter to Gene. Gene is also bringing in Chicago III members Arnie Brown and Puneet Cham to assist his client in preserving the settlement proceeds.
