Gene Hollander Speaks At NBI School Law Conference

Gene Hollander, a member of Chicago III, spoke at NBI's School Law: Handling Mental Health Issues seminar on October 8, 2020. Gene was requested to speak after settling a sexual assault case against a school district and its special needs cooperative. Gene's client, who had Down's Syndrome and autism, was sexually assaulted by another student at school. The case settled for $1.75 million.
